Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ribbo AI ("the Service"), operated by Debtless App Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ribbo AI provides an AI-powered customer support platform that allows you to create chatbot agents trained on your data, deploy them on your website or messaging channels, and manage customer conversations through a unified dashboard.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or harmful AI responses
• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (documents, text, URLs). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of training and operating your AI agents. We do not use your content to train models for other customers or for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Message credits reset each billing period and do not roll over
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Debtless App Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI responses generated by the Service are based on the data you provide and the capabilities of third-party AI models. Responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before relying on them. Ribbo is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debtless App Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Debtless App Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
