Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). We use Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure with data centers in the EU and US. Your training data is isolated per organization and is never used to train models for other customers or shared with third parties.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:

• AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — only conversation context is sent, not your full training data
• Payment processors (Lemon Squeezy) — to handle billing securely
• Infrastructure providers (Google Cloud, AWS, Pinecone) — to host and operate the service
• Law enforcement — only when required by applicable law

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format

• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
